If there is no recovery, there is no fee!

I provide superior and ethical legal representation of injured workers in Pennsylvania. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.  Judges award 20% of any wage loss obtained or 20% of any settlement proceeds. 

This is a contingency fee system meaning you do not pay your lawyer by the hour or even a flat fee - instead, we only get paid if we recover benefits for you, or if we prevent the insurer from reducing or stopping your wage loss checks. This levels the playing field so that injured workers can obtain legal representation without regard to their financial ability. It is a great system that works very well.
